REFUND, EXCHANGE & RETURNS POLICY
- Our products currently do not qualify for an return/exchange unless there is any specific physical defects
- Your order is only eligible for a return if the product delivered has physical defects, or an incorrect item has been shipped to you. To issue a return, please submit your request here. Please make sure you have images of the damage/defect ready as proof to provide upon request from us, for us to approve it.
- If your return request has been accepted, you can either avail a product code for an amount equivalent to the order placed, or have it exchanged.
- A return request must be submitted within 5 working days of delivery.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders can only be cancelled within 5 hours of placing the order.
Your order shall not be cancelled if the item has been shipped. To cancel your order, please write to us on info.mahez@gmail.com . Your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation
